Excellent Review of Fang Bangers!

Totty Tuesday – Scott Speedman

Scott Speedman3rd August 2010 – Another result of my vamp-fest is Mr. Speedman. He plays Michael Corvin, a part-vamp, part-werewolf type bloke in Underworld and Underworld: Evolution, also starring Kate Beckinsale and Bill Nighy.

He’s been in tons of other stuff, but I’ve only ever seen him in these two films. And although I normally like the bad-ass type characters, he actually plays a really nice guy in the two films. He also has some pretty hot sex with Selene (Beckinsale) where you see a fair bit of flesh, which is always nice.

Sadly, I couldn’t find any decent photos with him shirtless as they’re all a bit grainy – you’ll just have to watch the films and perv on him for yourself.

I’ve wanted to edit an anthology for some time, but the right opportunity has never presented itself. So I thought, what the hell, I’ll do it myself! And what better subject matter for this erotic anthology than uniforms? It’s one of my favourite fantasies, and one I know many share.

I’m looking for heterosexual stories about men and women in uniform to be put into an eBook anthology. I want all kinds of uniforms, in varying scenarios. There can be one character in uniform or many, just as long as your story is erotic! I want to get seriously hot under the collar whilst reading your submissions. That’s it, really. Let your imaginations go wild! Please note, stories must not have been previously published.

Please stick to the usual rules, i.e. no underage sex, no non-consensual scenes, incest, bestiality and other yucky stuff. No poetry, please.

I will select 25 stories for this anthology and then split the proceeds equally, dependent on what I receive from each outlet after they take their cut. I’d also like to donate money to Help for Heroes, a UK charity set up to help those wounded in current conflict. I see this working by effectively making the charity a 26th person. They’ll get the same cut as everyone else, which I’ll pay to them when the cash has hit a certain threshold (similarly to how authors will be paid).

You’ll have to bear with me on the nitty-gritty, as I haven’t done anything like this before, but I’m very excited about the project and can’t wait to see it come together. I’ll be submitting the eBook to Smashwords (and as a result will be pushing this out to Apple’s iBooks, the Sony Reader Store, Kobo and Barnes & Noble) 1RomanceEbooks and Amazon Kindle. If any of you have any other suggestions for sites which sell independent eBooks, please let me know on your submission email. I will endeavour to submit to them all. Naturally, the more outlets, the better!

When the eBook is released, any help on marketing and spreading the word will be gratefully received. I’d like to make this a success, for the sake of the lovely writers who are contributing, and for the brave servicemen and women who are currently at war.

How to submit: Send double-spaced Arial/Calibri 12 point black font Word or RTF document. Your story should be 1,500 – 4,000 words. Please indent the first line of each paragraph half an inch. Please include your word count, real name, pen name (if applicable), and 50 word or less bio in third person. I’ll also require the email address you use for your PayPal account, as this is how I will be paying you when I have myself received funds. You can submit as many stories as you like – within reason!

In the subject line, please write Submission for Uniform Behaviour, along with the title of your story and the uniform/s involved. I look forward to reading your stories! Totty Tuesday – Aidan Turner

Aidan Turner27th July 2010 – Hello and welcome! This week, for your viewing pleasure, Totty Tuesday is Aidan Turner. For those of you that don’t know, he plays the vampire Mitchell in the BBC supernatural drama, Being Human. I’ve only seen series one of the show, but I love it and will be getting the DVD box set pretty soon so I can get up to speed.

This guy is a mere two years older than me, so no sugar daddy status, as per last’s week controversial entry, Michael Sheen. I love Aidan’s character in the show, and just discovered from his IMDB entry that he was also in an episode of The Tudors. Will have to look out for him when I dig those DVDs out again.

He’s pretty gorgeous in this pic as he’s doing the whole dark and brooding vampire thing. Equally though, he’s a total cutie when he smiles, and as for the accent (he’s Irish), well… say no more.

Don’t get me wrong, he’s no Jared Padalecki, but he’d score pretty highly if I compiled a top 100 list of totty. And higher still if it was vampire totty. Yum.

Totty Tuesday – Michael Sheen

Michael Sheen as Lucian20th July 2010 – Ooh, having checked on IMDB.com, he’s not actually as old as I thought. Perhaps he’s just had a difficult life… or something. Anyway, my sudden crush on Michael Sheen took me quite by surprise whilst I was watching Underworld, and not for the first time I might add. I obviously didn’t notice him properly the first time round (or in the other two films!) – but suddenly, I thought, “yum.” So I thought I would post what I think is quite a tasty photo for your perusal – and hopefully to reassure me that I’m not the only one who thinks that Sheen as Lucian is pretty damn sexy (please reassure me in the comments… please!!).

In fact, he’s even quite tasty as Aro in the Twilight films. Perhaps because he’s shit scary whilst actually coming across as quite nice and polite on the surface. Which somehow just makes him all the more terrifying, as you don’t know when he’s going to flip. Or set his psycho pain inflicting bitch vampire on you, anyway. You have to have seen it to know what I’m on about. And I suspect there are more of you sitting there nodding than you’d like to admit. Don’t worry, I won’t tell.

So there you have it. A man with long hair and a beard, who’s dirty and not even human, and I think he’s quite fit. Yes, yes, I know…

All the possible reasons that someone could be running, naked and terrified, went through her head: escape from a forced nudist colony. Being hunted by a Terminator from the future. Sex game that went horribly, horribly wrong. Or right, depending on your kink.

But none of them seemed either a) plausible or b) sane. As far as she knew, forced nudist colonies didn’t even exist. And likely Terminators and time travel machines didn’t, either. Especially not ones that sent you through time with your ass hanging out.”
