Just in time for Easter, those lovely peeps over at Ann Summers sent me a rabbit! Naturally, it’s the rampant kind, as opposed to the sort you’d keep in a cage.

The Rampant Rabbit Platinum Petite has been a long time coming (if you’ll pardon the pun), if you ask me. For a while now new rabbits have been released which have been bigger and better than the last. But what about the girls that wanted smaller ones? Well, Ann Summers have definitely come through with their new petite range.

This particular model is an inch shorter and a quarter of an inch smaller in girth than the Rampant Rabbit Touch. But although it’s smaller, it certainly still packs a punch! With 11 vibrating functions and a 3 speed rotating shaft, there’s still plenty to keep you happy. It takes 3 AAA batteries and is also waterproof – bonus!

Overall, I was very impressed. The toy is still plenty powerful enough to do its job and it’s comfortable and completely non-threatening. I’d heartily recommend this to anyone who’d fed up of huge toys, or those looking to make their first vibrator purchase. It’s a great quality vibrator and is a pretty good price.

Ann Summers is pretty much Rampant Rabbit Central, so although rabbits are fab, it was nice to receive something different. And the Touch Shaft Vibrator is certainly that.

The idea of the toy is that you just switch it on, put it up ‘there’ and let it work its magic. As you can see from the above pic, there are three bands which are touch sensitive, so the deeper it goes, the more intense the vibrations. It’s cool, clever and waterproof. You’ll also need 4xAAA batteries.

The only downside is that its design means that it’s not ideal for clitoral stimulation as if the bands aren’t surrounded by something, they’re not activated. So even when its switched on, if you’re just holding the black part at the bottom, nothing happens. Of course you could hold the vibe in such a way that your hand activates it,  but it may not be the most comfortable.

This is a high quality, unique toy – but if you’re a clitoral orgasm kind of a gal, you might be better off sticking with a trusty rabbit.

Having done write ups on various bras, pants and things that take batteries from Ann Summers, I thought it’d be nice to cover something a little different. So when this beautiful corset turned up, I was a happy bunny (no pun intended).

This pink corset with black lace is every bit as stunning as it looks in the photo and still looks pretty good on someone like me, who is just a tad (read: much) larger than the model in the photograph. Because I’m big up top, I opted for a bigger size than I would normally need in tops and it was a wise move. As you can probably tell from the photo, the top of the corset doesn’t have ‘cups’ for your breasts as such, so they’re pushed upwards and outwards. For this reason, there’s no way I would ever venture out into public wearing this corset! It looks quite obscene on me!

However, all joking aside, it’s a beautiful piece and in a stroke of genius, fastens at the front. You can’t exactly surprise your man by turning up and saying ‘Hi, I have a sexy outfit, but you have to dress me in it first.’

This going out/partywear top from Ann Summers is gorgeous, as you can see from the photo. It’s a lovely colour, and best of all, it’s flattering.

For girls like me, who want to hide their tummy and show off their boobs a little without going overboard, this is perfect. The material hangs loosely, hiding your lumps and bumps, whilst accentuating your cleavage.

I particularly like this top because it’s flexible. You can arrange it so you’re showing just a tad of cleavage, like the girl in the photo, or you can pull it further up or down, dependent on how brave you are! Naturally, you’ll have to make sure you’re wearing the right bra, because any lines will show through the material.

It also comes with the clip on necklace, but I wasn’t too keen. Despite some serious untangling and straightening out before clipping it to the top, the gems still kept twisting when they were attached, and it just didn’t look right. So I wore it without.

If you’re looking for something that’s not too expensive and is girly, yet smart and flattering, you can’t go far wrong with this top. You can wear it with jeans, leggings (or jeggings!), trousers, skirts, etc – it’s pretty versatile so as long as the colours don’t clash, you’ll look (and feel) amazing.

Those lovely folks over at Ann Summers sent me some more lovely goodies to write about. I have the occasional moan at their poor PR peeps about not being able to get bras in my size – so it’s very cool when they send me stuff that not only fits, but is pretty.

The Midnight Sky underwear set is no exception. This style goes up to a G cup, so us ladies who are bigger up top aren’t left out! This set doesn’t have the option of a thong, it’s briefs only, but they’re very pretty and sexy, as you can see from the photo.

My thoughts on this set were very favourable. It’s very beautiful, and also comfortable. The design means that it’s not suitable for wearing beneath tight tops as you’d see the ruches in the fabric. However, it’s definitely OK for day or night wear – though I’m sure most ladies’ partner’s would prefer to see these in the bedroom – or on the floor to be more precise!

This set also comes in at a reasonable price, which you won’t begrudge paying for Ann Summers quality. If you’re looking for some new undies, you can’t go wrong with these.

OK, so everybody’s Totty Tuesday isn’t going to be to everyone’s taste, but I bet lots of you think he’s cute, even if you won’t admit to it!

The peeps over at Ann Summers sent me another one of their new toys to play with – The Rampant Rabbit Touch. It’s exclusive to Ann Summers, too, so you won’t find it elsewhere.

As you can see from the photo to the left, the way it works is that it’s got three bands running down the shaft. That means when it’s “in”, the bands sense it and the vibrations grow more intense. Sounds great, right?

Hmm… well, it’s OK. Firstly, the shaft is quite large, so you’re going to need to get the lube out, ladies. Great for size queens. The vibrations, as promised, are incredibly intense, but I think it’s at the detriment of the vibrations in the bunny ears. This, naturally, is a problem if you’re looking for a clitoral orgasm. There’s so much going on in the shaft that there’s not much left for the ears! You can’t turn the shaft off and just have the ears alone, either.

It’s also damn noisy. No sneaky wanks with this Rabbit,  I’m afraid.

Overall, it’s of the usual high quality Ann Summers standard, but the reality (unless you come very easily) is that there’s been too much concentration on the shaft and none on the clitoral stimulator. It wouldn’t be so bad if you could turn the shaft off, but it’s not an option. Plus, the noise resembles that of an airplane. Sadly, disappointing.

It’s also only £49.99, which is pretty good when compared to the more ‘standard’ rabbits in the range. It looks nice, feels nice… and boy, does it do the job! If you’re after a new bunny, look no further. Even if you’re not – I’d still fork out the fifty quid. So when it hits the stores and website, get your hands on one – you won’t regret it.

The Ann Summers RO-120MM Big Bullet is a fairly scary looking thing. It’s the big brother to Ann Summers’ famous silver bullet, which you’ll generally see sat by tills in the stores as the perfect add on sale. This toy, however, is much less of an impulse purchase.

At £20, the bullet isn’t cheap. However, it’s incredibly well made, with the aforementioned 5 functions, lots of power and easy-to-source batteries. To switch it on, you simply press the purple button on the end. Pressing it again will change the function. You just press once to cycle through each function. To switch it off, you press and hold the button for two seconds.

I have to disagree with the ‘quiet’ feature mentioned on the Ann Summers website. It’s quiet compared to some of your noisier rabbits, but noisier than most bullets. You could probably stifle it under your duvet – guess it depends how good the hearing is of the people you live with! Other than that, it’s a pretty good buy. It’s really very powerful and will send most women soaring to orgasm in no time. Then you’ve got the multiple options of how to play with it: anal play, foreplay, massage… the possibilities are endless. It’s a great toy for experimentation, but it also does the job it’s designed for.

Given the fact it takes batteries which are much easier to get hold of than the ones in your average bullet, I’d happily recommend this. If you’re looking for something discreet for your handbag, then I’d probably go for a smaller version, but if not – you could do much worse than this!
