Thank you, Lucy, for hosting me today, and to your many readers for (hopefully) reading!

FirstFirst: Sensual Lesbian Stories of New Beginnings edited by Cheyenne Blue. (www.cheyenneblue.com) out now from Ladylit Publishing (www.ladylit.com)

The theme for First may seem obvious—you’re probably thinking this is another anthology of first lesbian sexual experiences.  Well, yes… and very definitely no.

There are some very fine stories of first time lesbian sex in this erotic collection, however the majority of stories have taken a different first time experience and woven the erotic around this.  First times can exhilarating, mind-blowing, breath-taking and make memories that last forever.  Or they can be shot through with anxiety, fear, redemption, or anger. All of these emotions are found in the fifteen stories that make up First.

Blurb

Dive into these fifteen sizzling tales of lesbian love and romance and experience the wonder, the joy, and the magic of new beginnings.

A woman sees her lover for the first time after years of blindness. For the first time in her life, a top trusts her girlfriend enough to let her take control. A connection forged in a bar in New Mexico encourages a breast cancer survivor to take a lover. Stories of new love and first lesbian encounters intermingle with other emotional and physical firsts, and the excitement of new experiences: an around the world flight, the thrill of a carnival, and even the first time to see the sea.

With fantastic stories by favorite writers such as Sacchi Green, Harper Bliss, Annabeth Leong, Allison Wonderland, and Jeremy Edwards, the variety in this anthology means there is something for everyone.

New Release: Summer Love

Hi everyone,

I’m delighted to announce another new release! My story, A Most Spectacular View, came out today as part of Ladylit’s fabulous Summer Love anthology, which is a collection of stories about lesbian holiday romance. My tale is set on the Canary Island of Lanzarote, and I really enjoyed writing it… especially since I got to spend some time reminiscing about the lovely island and looking at photos as I penned the story 🙂

Here’s the blurb:

Sun-soaked beaches, glittering blue pool surfaces and oceans painted by an orange-hued sunset have one thing in common: they’re the perfect background for falling in love. The eBook is available now, and should be coming out in paperback format very soon, too. The links are here.

The Christmas Tattoo: Sources of Inspiration

Hi,

…and before I go any further, a massive thank you to Lucy for hosting me here today.

The Christmas TattooToday I’ve brought The Christmas Tattoo, my new Christmas release, along to tease you with – there’s a steamy excerpt further down the page! It’s a sweet and spicy erotic romance about a girl who comes back home to her small town for Christmas to get over a bad break-up. Of course, even though she’s not looking for it, love comes calling… and it’s just the sort of story a enjoy writing. And somehow, Christmas seems to be just the right time of year for falling in love!

But, as most writers know, if you want to write a Christmas release, you need to complete your manuscript some time in the spring or summer. So picture this – your poor writer, sweating in the summer heat, hunched over the keyboard and having to think thoughts of snow, Christmas carols and festive food. It can be a little hard to get your head around!

When I’m working on a new story, my inspiration can come from all over the place but of course, when there’s a seasonal theme, that’s where you need to look. So there I was, on balmy spring days, watching my well-worn DVD of White Christmas for mood inspiration, listening to CDs of children’s choirs singing Christmas carols for the Carol Service scene and baking batches of mincemeat cookies to tingle my taste buds! No wonder the rest of my family think I’m a little crazy – but, hey, that’s the life of a writer!

Now, on to that excerpt I promised you!

The Christmas Tattoo – blurb

When sexy red-head Bradie Clements comes home from Washington to nurse a broken heart and build bridges with her estranged father, she’s certainly not on the lookout for romance. After catching her boyfriend Kris in bed with her best friend and boss, all she wants to do is run and hide. But a chance encounter with local tattoo artist Colton Bassett leads to an unexpected appointment with his needle. Even though it’s cold outside, the temperature rises to boiling point as the two discover an irresistible attraction. But then Kris arrives on the scene to claim her back in time for his family Christmas and Bradie starts to remember what she saw in him. Tormented by jealousy and suspicion over Colton’s pregnant business partner, Bradie starts to wonder if her new romance is over before it’s begun…

Excerpt

He pulled her into his arms and then his mouth found hers with an urgent kiss.  He needed this as much as she did, and the thought made Bradie want him even more.  Desire flared up through her body as his tongue parted her lips and found its way into her mouth as they staggered back against the plan chest.  With her hands, Bradie could feel his heart pounding under the thin cotton of his t-shirt; she wanted to rip it off and feel the heat of his skin as well.

Somehow, without breaking the kiss, Colt led her to his bedroom, his hands sliding across her back in a way that made her suddenly breathless.  He sat her on the edge of his unmade double bed and knelt in front of her.

“This is weird, Bradie, but it’s like we’re somehow picking up where we left off all those years ago.”

Bradie nodded.  Her eyes were drawn to his lips; red and bee-stung from kissing and she wanted to taste them some more.

“Not weird,” she said.  “Good.”

“I need to see you naked,” said Colt.

The longing in his voice and his eyes was palpable, and it was matched by the insistent thrumming of her own pulse and the heat building on her skin.

Again she nodded and Colt’s hands gently lifted the bottom edge of her sweater.  She raised her arms above her head to allow him to peel it off and was instantly rewarded with his sharp intake of breath.  She’d had no reason to put on her prettiest lace bra that morning, but she did and now it was definitely having the desired effect.  Sweater tossed aside and Colt’s hands went straight to her breasts.  His eyes were wide as he ever so gently pushed the lace aside to liberate them and then, with a soft groan, his mouth came forward to claim one.  Bradie’s insides flipped and she sank back on her elbows on the bed, spreading her legs wide so Colt could lean in forwards against her.  Her nipples pebbled, one under the hot rasping pressure of Colt’s tongue, one caught in the cool grasp of his finger and thumb.  Her hands raked through his hair and she felt primed to take what Colt could give her, what she desperately needed from him.

Colt’s teeth suddenly nipped her other nipple, making her gasp, and then she felt his hands at the top of her jeans.

“Are you sure you want this?” he whispered.  “Because if we go any further, I won’t be able to stop.”

His voice cracked a little and Bradie sat up to bring her mouth to his.  As she kissed him she spoke through it.

“More than anything, Colt.  I want you more than anything.”

His hands came to the side of her face and he deepened the kiss, plundering her mouth with his tongue, pushing it as far back as he could, exploring her teeth and twisting it against her own tongue.  Bradie pulled up his t-shirt and laid her hands on his chest.  His nipples hardened under her touch and then she let her hands slide down the ridges of his firm abs.

“Now, Colt,” she urged.  “Don’t make me wait.”

In a desperate scrabble, Colt’s t-shirt and jeans, and her own jeans, panties, boots and socks were all cast aside.  At last they were naked and as Bradie lay back on the bed, Colt swooped down on top of her.  Feeling the warmth of his skin along the whole length of her body gave her an electric shock and in the half-light bleeding through the door from the living room, she could make out the dark shadows of his tattoos.  She couldn’t ever remember being this turned on or needy with Kris but she pushed the thought from her mind and started to kiss the base of Colt’s neck.

His hands slid up and down her body, cupping her breasts and stroking the soft curve of her stomach.  As they brushed the narrow strip of hair leading down between her legs, she let her teeth find purchase on Colt’s shoulder.  He grunted and pulled her tight against him; she felt for the first time the firm pressure of his erection against her thigh.

Tamsin Flowers loves to write light-hearted erotica, often with a twist in the tail/tale and a sense of fun.  In the words of one reviewer, ‘Ms Flowers has a way of describing sexual tension that forces itself upon your own body.’ Her stories have appeared in a wide variety of anthologies and she is now graduating to novellas, for publishers including Cleis Press, Xcite Books, Secret Cravings and Totally Bound. This year, she entered NaNoWriMo, with the intention of penning her magnum opus in the very near future.  In the meantime, like most erotica writers, she finds herself working on at least ten stories at once: while she figures out whose leg belongs in which story, you can find out more about her at Tamsin’s Superotica or Tamsin Flowers.

International Zombie Day

Hi,

Zombie ErotoclypseI’d like to thank Lucy for having me here on – guess what? – International Zombie Day! Who knew? But for me, it’s a great excuse to talk all things zombie – not least my new collection of erotic zombie shorts, Zombie Erotoclypse.  I’ll be giving you a super steamy excerpt in a moment but, to celebrate all things zombie on their special day, I’m starting with some amazing zombie facts!

Did you know…

  • It’s against the law in Haiti to turn someone into a zombie
  • Zombie stories have been told all over the world including Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East
  • In Scandinavia zombies are called draugr and are fierce warriors who refuse to die
  • Hospitals, police stations, churches and shopping malls will be infection hot spots in a zombie apocalypse
  • The worst zombie movies are reputed to be Zombie Strippers and Zombies, Zombies, Zombies
  • In a zombie apocalypse (or erotoclypse) never give a weapon to someone hysterical
  • Fans of all things zombie are called Zombophiles!

Now, for all you zombophiles reading this, here’s what you’ve been waiting for – hot zombie erotica! This excerpt comes from my story I Was A Teenage Zombie Virgin.

Excerpt:

Teenage virgin zombie John has just been rescued from a baying mob of healthy humans by a girl he used to know before he became a zombie. She saved him for the sake of her brother who, when bitten by a zombie, was taken from the family and killed.

Like I said, every zombie has the vestige of the human he once was flickering inside him, and at that moment, I forgot our differences.  I forgot that I was zombie and she was a healthy girl.  I forgot that all I wanted to do was fuck her and then eat her and I caught her up in my arms and held her tight against my chest.

Great sobs pulsed through her for a couple of minutes, then she sniffed loudly.

“So you see, I couldn’t let them take another boy away from his family.”

She looked up at me, her dark hair curling in sweaty tendrils round her forehead, her liquid brown eyes full of trust.  I bent my head and I kissed her.  I kissed her in a way that I’d never kissed a girl before I was a zombie.  Our lips met, hers so soft compared with mine, rough and chaffed and scabby.  Her mouth opened and her tongue glided against my mouth, applying a gentle pressure until I let it slip inside.  I can’t say how it must have compared with her other experiences of kissing, though it was obvious she’d had some, but for me it was sublime.  Fireworks and flares went off in my gut and a burning sensation made my cock surge forward against my cut-offs.  I heard a low, guttural moaning, like an animal in pain, and took a moment to realize that it was me.  I held her close against my chest and through the thin fabric of our T-shirts, her nipples felt like rough pebbles.

Her arms slipped round behind me and started pulling up my shirt and I followed her lead, drawing her tank up to reveal the soft curve of her belly.  It made me catch my breath and I felt suddenly dizzy.

“Eve,” I managed to grunt, not knowing where to put my hands—onto the soft flesh now revealed or to carry on pulling the garment off her.

“Shhhh,” she whispered in my ear.  “Come.”

She stood up and tossed her top to one side.  Then, as I gawped, open-mouthed, at her small, perfect breasts, she grabbed my hand and led me up the stairs to her bedroom.  This room was junk food free but there were clothes all over the floor and the bed sheets were tangled and grimy.  Did I give a shit?  It was literally months, probably more than a year, since I’d been in a bed and here I was, diving into the softness with the most divine, half-naked angel.

I hope you enjoyed it! And if you want more it’s only 99c or 77p for all five until October 13!

New Release: Smut by the Sea Volume 2

Hurrah! I’m delighted to announce that Smut by the Sea Volume 2, edited by myself and Victoria Blisse, is now available. Here’s the skinny:

Light hearted, sexy fun by the sea is the theme of this erotic anthology, edited by Victoria Blisse and Lucy Felthouse.

From the sun soaked beaches of Brazil to the altogether cooler coastal towns of England, Smut by the Sea Volume 2 has it all. Whatever your interpretation of naughty seaside fun, there’s something nestling between the covers for you. Amusement arcades, beach houses, mermaids, honeymooners, shipwrecks, sex toys and more abound in this exciting collection of stories from erotica’s finest authors.

Contains stories from Victoria Blisse, Tilly Hunter, Rachel Randall, Giselle Renarde, Tamsin Flowers, Lucy Felthouse, Kate Britton, Jillian Boyd, Bel Anderson, Cass Peterson, Delyth Angharad, T C Mill, Erzabet Bishop, Tenille Brown and Annabeth Leong.

And here’s an excerpt from my story, On the Big Wheel:

Brigit loved the seaside. She always had, probably because visiting it was a rarity. Living in the centre of England meant that even the nearest seaside town was over an hour and a half away—and the nice resorts even further.

Which was why her boyfriend, Allen, proposed a long weekend in Brighton. He knew how fond she was of the seaside. Unsurprisingly, she agreed delightedly.

“It’s a long way,” she said. “But it doesn’t matter. We’d never go anywhere if we lamented the length of the journey.”

As it happened, the travelling wasn’t too bad. Miraculously the M1 was clear all the way down to the M25—and even that notorious motorway wasn’t experiencing its usual havoc. A straight shot south on the M23, then the A23 took them towards Brighton, and they navigated the one-way systems and lack of road signs and—eventually—found their hotel.

“Wow,” Brigit said, stretching luxuriously after getting out of the car, “that didn’t take as long as I thought. Shall we check in, dump our bags and go and explore?”

“Sounds like a plan to me,” Allen replied with a grin.

They slammed their respective car doors, grabbed the bags from the boot and headed into the hotel. Fifteen minutes later, after using the toilet and freshening up, they were back outside.

“Nice choice of hotel, babe. I like it.” Brigit said.

“I’m glad. I researched it well,” Allen replied.

“The bed looks nice and comfy.”

“Well, I’m sure we’ll be able to give it a decent road test later.” He winked at her, and got a slap on the arm for his trouble.

“You’ve got a one-track mind, you have.”

“Well, what do you expect when I’ve got a girlfriend that looks like you?”

She giggled. “Charmer.”

“That’s me. Okay, now I’m back in good books,” Allen said, “what do you want to do? Now, I mean. Not at bedtime.” He waggled his eyebrows.

Brigit stuck her tongue out at him before replying. “I dunno. Just look around I guess. Get our bearings. See what there is to do around here.”

They walked hand-in-hand towards the seafront, then along it in the direction of the pier. They passed the burnt out shell of the West Pier, and Brigit wondered aloud whether it would ever be rebuilt or demolished. Or would the blackened skeleton be left there forevermore, a reminder of what once was.

Soon, they drew close to Brighton Pier. Brigit turned to Allen with a grin.

“What?” he said, then followed her almost manic gaze down the length of the pier, towards a building with fake turret-type things and some very real flags. He sighed. He couldn’t be sure from here, but he thought it was bound to be the amusement arcade. “Oh, you want to go in there, do you? I wonder why?” His voice was laden with sarcasm in his last sentence.

“You know damn well why. Come on!” Brigit tugged him along the last few metres of the pavement and onto the wooden slats of the pier. “Ooh, we can have fish and chips when we come out, if you want.”
