Christmas Treats Blog Hop #ChristmasTreats

What are our favorite Christmas Treats? Books, of course! Stop by each blog for a chance to win fabulous books and gifties for the holidays!

I admit that normally, although I read all the time, I don’t tend to read holiday books. This year, however, is different. I’m not sure why, but I’ve ended up reading three holiday books, and they’re all incredibly different. I released a holiday book, too, so be sure and scroll down to check that out also!

If Only in My DreamsIf Only in My Dreams by Keira Andrews

This is a new adult/gay romance/erotic romance story.

To be home for Christmas, they must bridge the distance between them.

Charlie Yates is desperate. It’s almost Christmas and his flight home from college has been delayed. For days. Charlie promised his little sister Ava he’d be home for her first holiday season since going into remission from leukemia. Now he’s stuck on the opposite coast and someone else grabbed the last rental car. Someone he hasn’t even spoken to in four years. Someone who broke his heart.

Gavin Bloomberg’s childhood friendship with Charlie ended overnight after a day of stolen kisses. With years of resentment between them, they don’t want to be in the same room together, let alone a car. But for Ava’s sake, Gavin agrees to share the rental and drive across the country together.

As they face unexpected bumps along the road, can Charlie and Gavin pave the way to a future together?

23308989Married by Midnight by Talli Roland

This is a chick lit/contemporary romance story.

Christmas is coming . . . and so is the biggest day of Kate’s life.

While choosing a vintage dress for her Christmas Eve wedding, Kate finds a cryptic note pinned to the inside of a 1930s gown. As doubts about her own ceremony loom, Kate is determined to track down the dress’ owner and determine what became of her – and the marriage.

Will Kate find the answers she’s seeking to propel her down the aisle, or will her discovery prompt her to call off the wedding for good?

Christmas KinkChristmas Kink by Kay Jaybee

This is a kinky erotica collection.

What’s your favourite part of the Christmas celebration? Decorating the tree with tinsel, the heavenly aroma of cinnamon and fruit from Christmas cakes and puddings, the office Christmas party, a visit to Santa’s grotto, the expected presents?

Complete with a brand new story for 2015, Christmas Kink twists all of these festive traditions into six individual episodes of hot erotica that will leave you fanning yourself with the nearest Christmas card…

Huh. I think I read Christmas Kink sometime ago, back when there were five stories. There’s one with food mixed in, I think, but I can’t be certain…

Binging on holiday-themed novellas, three of which I absolutely adored. Dead by Midnight by Pamela Clare for the thrills, heat, and utter devastation (or so we think); Three Nights before Christmas by Kat Latham for emotional depth, a locomotive engineer heroine just released on parole, and her romance and redemption; and Eight Naughty Nights by Eliza Madison for some poignancy and geeky references (or: how to incorporate a Star Wars-printed condom into your story).

The Duke’s Christmas Abduction by Raven McAllan and Doris O’Connor sounds really interesting! Dasher by Avril Ashton does too. How about Two Doms for Christmas, that one sounds really hot…just a few recommendations 😀

I don’t know any real Christmas reads. I usually just read the traditional books to my children. Sorry I’m no help. 🙂 I hope you have a great holiday season.
