Naughty Bits 2 – Various

Naughty Bits 2 is the highly anticipated sequel to the successful debut volume from the editors of Spice Briefs. It contains sexy novellas from the biggest names in erotica: Jenesi Ash, Portia Da Costa, Charlotte Featherstone, Lillian Feisty, Cathryn Fox, Megan Hart, Lisa Renee Jones, Elliot Mabeuse, Alison Paige and Saskia Walker. With just under 400 pages of raunchy storytelling, this book is bound to get you hot under the collar!

The stories’ themes are all very different, ranging from spanking to sexy priestesses and goddesses to IT technicians. In some anthologies the quality of writing varies,  but Spice Briefs have clearly chosen the best of the best to nestle between the covers of Naughty Bits 2. Every tale has smouldering tension followed by scorching hot sex scenes.

My favourite tale was Primal Instincts, penned by Cathryn Fox and Lisa Renee Jones. In brief (as I don’t want to give much away), the story deals with two female scientists who are on the hunt for a certain plant, whose powers they believe have the power to change medicine, and the world. However,  it’s only rumoured to exist. The girls go off hunting it and find it does in fact exist, but is heavily protected by the people on whose land it grows. On questioning the protectors’ motives in keeping it secret, the girls are given a taster of its powers… turns out its an incredibly powerful aphrodisiac. I won’t tell you what happens next, but rest assured it’s suitably smutty!

I can’t recommend Naughty Bits 2 highly enough. The cover price is at the higher end of the market, but the quality of writing is superb and the book will keep you busy for a good while. It’s also good enough to make it a ‘keeper’ – i.e. a book that will stay on your shelf to be read again and again! Grab it now!
