To Plan a Seduction by EmKay Connor (@EmKayConnor) #lovemehard

To Plan a SeductionABOUT THE BOOK:

Just one hour. That’s the promise billionaire Anthony Ferrari makes to himself when pressured by his younger sister to attend her latest fund-raising event. One hour and then he can retreat to his high-rise condo to spend the rest of the evening with his favorite companion—a tumbler of Glenfiddich 1937. But some promises are made to be broken. At least that’s what Anthony tells himself when his interest is hooked by an elegant redhead with a knack for disappearing.

Tiffany Delaney—just Delaney to her clients—has worked her ass off to earn a rep as one of the best event planners in New York City. Thanks to a last minute break when her competition flakes out on what promises to be one of the holiday season’s premiere events, her success is virtually guaranteed. Too bad about that policy she has on not mixing business and pleasure because a one-night stand with the super-hot guy in a tux who keeps trapping her in dark corners would be the perfect way to celebrate.

When Anthony discovers the mysterious woman he can’t stop fantasizing about is the city’s most in-demand event planner, he hires her to plan a perfect, over-the-top romantic Valentine’s Day evening for two. What Tiffany doesn’t know is that the dream date she’s planning is a scene for seduction…hers!

EXCERPT

A pleased smile unfurled across the man’s face, revealing even, white teeth and twin pockets dimpling each cheek. His dark hair was combed back from a wide brow. At first glance, his brown eyes looked slumberous until she became aware of their compelling depths and how intently he stared at her.

“I saw you from up there.” He waved toward the balcony. “When I came down, you’d disappeared. Now I’ve found you hiding from the other guests.”

He thought she was hiding?

Heat sparked in her belly, but it wasn’t anger or annoyance. She might not have dated recently, but she recognized the slow, steady burn of physical attraction.

The guy with the mellow voice, sexy eyes and lean physique was exactly the type of man she fantasized about. If she closed her eyes, she could imagine how he would taste and feel and…

She reminded herself she didn’t mix business and pleasure. Damn it.

If she ever needed a good enough reason to break that rule, here it was. Six feet of luscious manliness with killer dimples and bedroom eyes.

New Release: Love Me Hard Boxed Set #lovemehard

Hi folks,

I’m delighted to announce that the Love Me Hard boxed set hits digital shelves today! It contains my story, Lottery Losers. Here’s a little bit about the story:

Susie Parmenter and her husband of almost twenty years, Peter, are lottery jackpot winners. They’ve been able to do everything they’ve ever dreamed of—quit their jobs, design and build their perfect home, buy expensive cars, travel the world… So why is Susie bored out of her mind? She thought being a lady of leisure would be amazing, but unfortunately the reality is far from amazing. How can she possibly tell anyone that, though?

Climbing the walls, sinking deeper into irritation and misery, Susie can’t see a way forward. But what she’s not betting on is that Peter has noticed his beloved wife isn’t happy. And he’s taken steps—drastic steps—to turn things around. But will they live to tell the tale?

And here’s the blurb for the set:
