How To Talk Dirty: A Hands on Guide to Phone Sex – Jenny Ainslie-Turner
The lovely Jenny Ainslie-Turner was interviewed in Scarlet magazine, and after reading all about her exploits on the chat lines, I had to investigate further. So I got my grubby hands on a copy of How To Talk Dirty. And I must say, it is an eye-opener. In my line of work, I do get e-mails and things from people telling me their fantasies, but after reading this, I suspect they’re telling me the more vanilla or ‘acceptable’ ones – because this lady has to listen (and respond to) some seriously shady fantasies! Of course I know it’s each to their own and I don’t judge people, as long as they’re not hurting anyone then that’s fine… but some of these guys on the line are wanting to talk about under-age sex and things like that… so I definitely don’t envy Jenny for that part! However, it’s clear from the book that Jenny enjoys her job, and of course the money it brings her. All due respect to her for being brave enough to start the business and keep it running exactly how she wants without letting anyone interfere! So in my eyes she deserves the monetary reward she’s getting!
I wouldn’t say this book exactly ‘teaches’ you how to talk dirty, it simply goes into pretty graphic detail about what kind of things guys want to talk about, and the kind of thing Jenny says in response. I think it’s down to each person really, so in “real-life” guys will more than likely want to talk about different things than they would with a stranger they’re never going to meet! But the whole book is very honest, and as I said, a complete eye-opener. I wouldn’t say I was shocked (I wouldn’t be very good at my writing if I was easily shocked!) by anything that was revealed, but perhaps a little surprised at some of the things the guys wanted to talk about. But Jenny provides a service, which she’s proud of, so I say she deserves a big ‘well-done’ for doing what she does and being so honest about it.
This book is a good laugh, but I wouldn’t recommend for easily disgusted women… you may find yourself put off men for life.
